Hi, my name is Lisa Winn, and I’m a breathwork coach and holistic health expert dedicated to helping busy, overwhelmed mid-lifers find calm, energy, and balance.

 I believe that harnessing the power of your breath can lead to small, intentional changes that create life-changing transformations. With over 23 years in health and well-being, I’ve helped countless individuals navigate the chaos of midlife, guiding them to rediscover clarity, emotional resilience, and space for themselves.
